Important Update Saturday September 4, 2021
We have received many questions with regards to the status of or changes to BlueZHA PalooZHA given the updated public health measures introduced by the Alberta Government on Friday.
Here are some answers to questions we are frequently receiving!
Is the event still happening?
Yes! As an outdoor festival with tons of space for social distancing, we are proceeding as planned. Bring a blanket or tarp to “stake out” your own space, and make sure to bring your own chairs as there is no seating on site!
Are there any changes to the event?
No, it has been determined that no changes to the event itself are required, as this is an outdoor event. Enhanced sanitation protocols will be in place.
Are masks required?
Being an outdoor event, masks are not required by the re-instituted mask mandate announced by the Alberta Government on Friday. However, masks are welcomed and even encouraged for those who prefer to wear one.
Can I bring my dog?
While this has nothing to do with the re-instated measures announced yesterday, we have received this question a few times.
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow dogs onto the festival grounds. Service animals are of course welcome.
